Security system matches card purchase to cell phone location

ePaynews: Secure Identity Systems (SIS) is planning to offer U.S card issuers cell phone location technology as an extra tool to combat ATM and POS fraud. Brentwood, Tenn.-based SIS, which specializes in ID theft protection, is using authentication technology developed by Israel's mConfirm.
