Oregon credit union outsources ATM fleet to Diebold

NORTH CANTON, Ohio — DieboldInc. haspartnered with Oregon-based OnPoint Community Credit Union to providean ATM-outsourcing solution for the credit union's 45 ATMs.
According to a news release,Diebold, a recognized outsourcing provider, will provide OnPoint with products and services that include DieboldOpteva ATMs, first -and second-line maintenance, armored-carrier services, networkmonitoring, ATM and debit card processing, RemoteLink and OpteViewservices, currency management, client services, and help-desk support. As part of therelationship, OnPoint also expects to add intelligent deposit and bulk-note acceptancetechnology to its ATMs withinthe next year.
"By outsourcing with Diebold, we found a partner thatprovided a customized solution that impacts our bottom line, efficiencies andmember satisfaction in a way that exceeded our expectations," said Kelly Schrader, senior vice president of members services for OnPointCommunity Credit Union.
