KioskCom, Vending Middle East to highlight self-service tech

DUBAI -  International self-service experts will share their insights during KioskCom Middle East's and Vending Middle East's technology February shows in Dubai. The two are joining forces Feb. 12-13, 2007, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
 
According to a news release, the shows are expected to feature an extensive line-up, headlined by the support and patronage of the Self-Service & Kiosk Association, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the ATM Industry Association, Euro Kiosks Network, the National Automatic Merchandising Association, the European Vending Association and the Worldwide Vending Association.
 
The intent of KioskCom is to bring together all manufacturers, suppliers and vendors of bank-teller terminals, cash dispensers, informational kiosks, monitors, printers, ticketing solutions, turnkey solutions and signage, to name a few. The show is set to attract companies that are interested in targeting prospective customers, as well as entering into alliances with partners in the Middle East market.
 
Vending Middle East is expected to display technological updates in self-service equipment and products such as beverage vending, bottled-water vending, chocolates vending, shoe-shine vending, first-aid vending, gift vending, pay phones, postage stamp vending, newspaper and magazine vending.
