India allows white-label ATMs

(India) Economic Times:The Reserve Bank of India has decided to allow white-label ATMs, allowing banks and third-party service providers to set up more ATMs in off-premises areas. The new list of identified possible ATM locations include residential complexes, hospitals, tourist destinations, bus stops and railway stations.
