January 15, 2008

WAKEFIELD, Mass. — Four new companies have joined the Interactive Financial eXchange (IFX) Forum, an international not-for-profit industry association that focuses on the development and promotion of IFX as an open, interoperable standard for financial-data exchange.

According to a news release, Computer Sciences Corp., a global information-technology-services company, Paragon Application Systems Inc., Scan Coin Industries, provider of automatic coin and bank-note processing, and Tata Consultancy Services, a global provider of business application solutions to financial institutions, have all joined the forum.

"Our newest members demonstrate the variety of size, geography and sector that has become the IFX Forum's hallmark as a place for the industry to collectively advance IFX as a global financial messaging standard," said IFX president Richard P. Urban
