Effects of alleged Citibank ATM breach continue

Wired Blog Network: Three months have passed since Citibank first notified the FBI that a hacker managed to steal customer account numbers and PINs from a server that processes transactions from Citi-branded ATMs. As many as 10 suspects have now been arrested, thanks to information from scam suspects, a lucky traffic stop and an undercover operation that, at one point, had Eastern European hackers chasing a female FBI agent through the streets of New York. But six months after the server was hacked, numerous Citibank customers are still reporting mysterious withdrawals from their accounts.
