Newark, Del.-based Cash Connect, a division of WSFS Bank, says it is now providing vault cash for more than 10,000 ATMs through its ATM Vault Cash program. The company attributes the ATM increase to the industry's growing number of ISOs that are signing for vault cash, courier management and cash-forecasting services.
Tom Stevenson, Cash Connect's president and founder, says his company has reached an important milestone:
Over the years, we've watched companies enter and exit the vault cash business. Strong controls, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service have helped us remain a reliable and trustworthy partner. We're grateful to our customers who continue to allow us to serve their needs.
Cash Connect several years ago added armored courier management and cash forecasting to its vault cash service through a trio offering it calls "Total Cash Management." The combination of services has proven to be a perfect fit for ISOs that want to optimize their cash and transportation expenses, while cutting labor costs, the company says.
Cash Connect began by servicing its parent bank branch-ATM network of 11 ATMs in 1997.
Below is a graph, provided by Cash Connect, that shows the growing number of ATMs funded by Cash Connect over the years.
