Canadian politician calls for end to ATM fees

CTVglobalmedia:Charging consumers for using foreign ATMs should be outlawed in Canada, says New Democrat Leader Jack Layton. He said the $19 billion profits financial institutions made last year should be enough to waive ATM-convenience fees.
