ATM customers come first

Bank looks for ATM reliability and ease of use to stay ahead of the competition.

Middletown Valley Bank, an independent community bank in Maryland, put a lot of thought into the deployment of its first first drive-up ATM. Having a drive-up ATM is a necessity for an FI of Middletown's size, and ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction was a no-brainer.
Ensuring that the ATM could easily be serviced by branch staff was something Middletown demanded, and weighed heavily on the bank's decision to sign a deal with Wittenbach Business Systems, an ATM reseller for Long Beach, Miss.-based Triton Systems.
