ATM customers come first
Bank looks for ATM reliability and ease of use to stay ahead of the competition.
April 28, 2008
Middletown Valley Bank, an independent community bank in Maryland, put a lot of thought into the deployment of its first first drive-up ATM. Having a drive-up ATM is a necessity for an FI of Middletown's size, and ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction was a no-brainer.
Ensuring that the ATM could easily be serviced by branch staff was something Middletown demanded, and weighed heavily on the bank's decision to sign a deal with Wittenbach Business Systems, an ATM reseller for Long Beach, Miss.-based Triton Systems.
