Bank Tabungan Negara, one of Indonesia's 10 largest FIs, has signed a two-year agreement with Wincor Nixdorf for the operation of its multivendor fleet of 370 ATMs, according to a press release.
Under the agreement, Wincor Nixdorf will manage cash optimization and logistics for the estate in close collaboration with the bank and CIT services.
Additionally, Wincor will provide services for system operation, and assume responsibility for 24/7 remote monitoring of self-service systems.
The company also will assume single-point-of-contact responsibility for incident and service management for third-party service providers.
This 'integrated service management' approach allows seamless delivery of first- and second-line maintenance, reduces the need for technician call-outs, and ensures shorter machine downtimes, resulting in lower costs for the bank, according to the release.
