Vietnamese consumers face ATM shortage

Vietnam News: More and more Vietnamese now have bank cards. But banks have been slow to install more ATMs, resulting in customers at the end of each month being unable to find an ATM where they can withdraw their wages."The situation is caused by the fact that many banks form alliances with the purpose of having more machines for their customers to use. But because no new machines are being installed, the total number of machines available is the same," said Nguyen Tu Anh, director of Smartlink.
