UN agency issues ATM cards to Iraqi families

(DAMASCUS, Syria) UNHCR: Acorrding to an article released by the United Nations refugee agency, UNHCR is distributing ATM cards to 7,000 needy Iraqi families in Syria. The cards are expected to give families access to the equivalent of U.S. $100 a month, plus $10 per dependent.
