Triton adds De La Rue MiniMech to 9100 line

LONG BEACH, Miss. - ATM manufacturerTriton Systems announced duringATMIAConference East in Orlando, Fla., that its bringing back the De La Rue MiniMech. The MiniMech is expected to be available on the Triton 9100 beginning March 18. The company says it also plans to make the MiniMech available on its RL2000, which is slated for release later this yewar.
 
According to a news release, the MiniMech allows the cash cassette to be replenished without a special loading tray or keys, enabling retailers to easily refill ATMs on their own.
 
"Our channel partners asked us to bring back the MiniMech and we listened," said Steve Polk, Triton's director of retail sales. "We are pleased to be able to offer our partners this additional option on our popular low-cost 9100. The MiniMech, designed for ease of repair and maintenance, offers the same excellent reliability and low cost of ownership that De La Rue has become synonymous with."
 
The MiniMech is only one option; the 9100 may also come equipped with the TDM-100, TDM-150, TDM-200, TDM-250 and the SDD. It also may be equipped with mechanisms from existing Triton units.
