TestLink launches new ATM engineer training courses

July 19, 2011

ATM and ATM parts supplier TestLink has announced the launch of new ATM engineer training courses. The training courses offer detailed information on how to carry out first and second line NCR ATM maintenance, according to a company press release.

TestLink has compiled three standard courses and also offers clients the opportunity to specify their courses with training tailored to their needs. The main objective of the training courses is to give ATM engineers a better understanding of how to repair and maintain a selection of NCR ATM models.

TestLink’s ATM engineer training solutions will be delivered at TestLink's premises in Poole, U.K., Prague or at customers’ premises.

The training courses consist of fault-finding exercises and a written test at the end of the course to assess the engineers’ understanding and grasp of the subjects covered.

The new training courses are part of its ongoing commitment to quality and service in supporting next-generation NCR and Wincor Nixdorf ATM machines.

“The ATM engineer training courses allow us to support our customers in their efforts more effectively and provide them with the tools they need to maintain high customer satisfaction and service levels,” said Greg Hughes, managing director, TestLink.
