State senate kills bill that would have banned ATMs at video slot parlors

Charleston Daily Mail: A N.C. state Senate committee has killed a bill that would have banned neighborhood video slot parlors from having on-site ATM machines. Under current state law, establishments that offer limited video lottery may have ATMs on the premises, as long as the ATM is located in an area removed from the video machines.
