NCR to roll out biometrics at ATMs in India

The (India) Economic Times: NCR Corp. says it's nearly ready to offer biometric capabilities at ATMs that are sold to banks in India. The technology would enable customers to collect cash from the ATM by pressing their thumbs on the screen for identification in lieu of using passwords. NCR reportedly holds 60 percent of the ATM market share in India.Read more
