NCR expands INETCO partner agreement

NCR Corporation today announced that the Inetco Insight transaction monitoring solution will be made available through NCR's worldwide network of channel partners and solutions providers. The move extends the exclusive software partnership announced by NCR and Inetco in October, 2011.

Inetco Insight is used by banks, payment processors and retailers to manage network infrastructures and monitor the end-to-end performance of transactions originating from ATMs, POS terminals, self-service check-out kiosks, online banking and mobile payment applications.

Inetco Insight complements NCR's Aptra Vision and Gasper Vantage ATM-level monitoring products by providing real-time visibility into the progress of a transaction once it leaves a customer-facing device. For its part, Aptra Vision monitors the health and performance of the device and network.

Users can isolate transaction time-outs, third party response issues, and communications failures at a specific device, service application, switch, network or interbank connection —on average 65 percent faster than other solutions. This can result in improvements to uptime, reduction of support costs and a better customer experience.
