Nautilus Hyosung America selects Morphis to manage customer support

According to a company press release, Nautilus Hyosung America Inc. has chosen Morphis' field service management software, MorphisSC, to manage its customer support organization. Morphis is a Texas-based ATM, banking and armored carrier software solutions provider.

"For our growing customer support division, the Morphis platform allows us to provide our customers with the highest level of service which translates into higher ATM up time and quicker turn around on service support calls. We found Morphis to be cost effective in comparison to other solutions on the market and the implementation process was painless," said Charles Jung, chief executive officer of Nautilus Hyosung America.
