Nautilus buys Triton for $63 million

Trading Markets: Nautilus Hyosung Inc., a subsidiary of South Korea's Hyosung Corp. and the parent of Nautilus Hyosung America Inc., announced Aug. 5 that its acquisition of Long Beach, Miss.-based Triton Systems of Delaware is now complete.Nautilus Hyosung paid Triton's parent company, Dover Corp., U.S. $63 million in the deal. Nautilus Hyosung announced last week that it had been in talks with Triton and Dover for several months and expected the sale to close before the end of the year.Last year, Nautilus Hyosung generated sales of 350 billion won (U.S. $345 million).
