National City tosses free ATM bone to customers

The (Fort Wayne, Ind.) Journal Gazette:National City on March 5 launched three checking accounts to address the fees its customers pay for banking convenience. The Cleveland-based bank will allow customers who open certain types of accounts to use any competitor's ATM for free.
