Lukoil looks for ATM partner in Romania

Banking Business Review:Russian oils and fuel producer Lukoil is reportedly looking for an ATM partner. Lukoil Romania is in discussions with several banks about ATM installations on its 300 forecourts. The retailer is reportedly interested in ATM-based cash-dispensing, money-transfer and bill-payment services.
