Koreans call for ATM network with China, Japan

ePaynews: South Korea has proposed to China and Japan that a joint ATM network be set up to connect ATMs in all the three countries. The cross-border network would enable travelers to withdraw cash at minimum cost from any ATM in China, Japan or South Korea, the Bank of Korea says.
