SAN FRANCISCO - Western Independent Bankers Service Corp. has endorsed Elan Financial Services' MoneyPass network as its "Value & Income Program" partner for surcharge-free ATM access to more than 600 community banks within WIB's 10 western states and U.S. territories.
According to a news release, WIB member banks can now offer surcharge-free transactions to their customers at MoneyPass ATMs.
MoneyPass is a national surcharge-free ATM network with nearly 10,000 ATMs. MoneyPass participants pay only as their cardholders use the network, eliminating the need for restrictive, expensive contracts.
"We are very pleased to partner with MoneyPass," said Anne K. Scully, president of WIB. "Their surcharge-free network enables us to bring value-added services to both our community banks and their customers. Customers can access their funds nationwide, at anytime and free of charge."
