Illinois politician wants to reduce ATM fees

Associated Press:Illinois lieutenant governor Pat Quinn says he wants to introduce legislation that will put an end to banks' "double dipping," the act of charging customers two fees when they use a foreign ATM. Quinn says he wants banks that do business with the state to agree to roll-back their ATM surcharges. Read more
