Hawaiian legislation says ATM owners can charge fee to international cardholders

Pacific Business News (Honolulu): Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle on Tuesday signed into law a bill that allows owners or operators of automated teller machines to charge a transaction fee to international cardholders.The law, called Act 4, takes effect immediately.
