Wincor Nixdorf and the Gregor Lehnert Group have signed a deal for an expanded partnership agreement. As part of the agreement, UGL member company BS-Beck Security Service, a cash-in-transit provider, will provide banks and retail companies in the Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate regions of Germany with services from Wincor Nixdorf for cash management and Cash Cycle Management Solutions.
Wincor Nixdorf has developed a closed cash-cycle solution based on CINEO technology. The solution uses standardized cash cassettes that can be exchanged between all CINEO systems.
"With our CIT partnership model, we offer customers an intelligent end-to-end solution for cash handling without any media discontinuity between the services, and without costly follow-up implementation effort, said Ralf Koritzius, who is responsible for the service business at Wincor Nixdorf in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. "As a result, our customers can rely on processes that create a high degree of transparency, maximum security and automated standards, and continuously generate savings potential."
Cooperation among all those involved in the cash cycle is the prerequisite for reducing transport risks and high amounts of cash, as well as increasing the recycling quota in business enterprises as demanded by the German Central Bank.
"Through our partnership with Wincor Nixdorf, we can help as a CIT services provider to significantly improve cash management for banks and retailers," said Gregor Lehnert, owner and managing director of UGL. "Our customers see this as clear added value."
