ClaudeDigital Transactions: Extending its reach into emerging mobile-banking and payments markets, First Data Corp. announced a deal with mFoundry Inc. that will allow First Data to offer mFoundry services to bank and credit-union members of its Star EFT network. The deal marks the second of its kind for the Sausalito, Calif.-based startup, which already has a deal with Citigroup Inc.'s Citibank for mobile-banking software.
