Financial Resources Credit Union looks to Diebold for ATM services

NORTH CANTON, Ohio — DieboldInc. has provided Financial Resources Federal Credit Unionwith an end-to-end services solution to help improve thefinancial institution's brand identity, service capabilities and customerperception.

Financial Resources serves nearly 25,000 membersthroughout the United States. According to a news release, the FI wanted to improvecustomer perception and service, while increasing customer convenience.

Financial Resources FCU looked to Diebold to upgrade its technology, enhance service delivery and expand visibility to improve cost-efficiency as well as management and control over its ATM network.

Diebold Integrated Services'turnkey package included the installation of 27 advanced-function OptevaATMs; first- andsecond-line maintenance; cash handling and currency management; ATM and debit-card processing; customized marketing screens; client-services and governancereporting.

"This was perhaps one of the bestconversions I've ever been through. Diebold worked seamlessly with us, asthough they were part of our organization," said Anthony Mero, senior vice president and chief operating officer,Financial Resources Federal Credit Union.
