Calif. logistics firm leases space for Diebold distribution hub

The Business Journal of the Greater Triad Area:A California-based logistics firm has leased 265,000 square feet to operate as a distribution hub for a manufacturer of ATM equipment.Menlo Worldwide Logistics will occupy nearly 80 percent of Liberty Property Trust's Bull Ridge I building, the Triad's first LEED-certified warehouse. Menlo will manage the distribution hub for Diebold Inc., an Ohio-based company.
