BREAKING: Robinson named Efmark-Bantek chief executive

October 1, 2006

WESTMONT, Ill. - Wayne G. Robinson has been named as Efmark-Bantek's new chief executive officer.

Robinson will oversee the implementation of Efmark's strategic plan, which includes the launch of a new company name, broadening the company's service portfolio, and pushing the company into new market segments.

"Efmark-Bantek is a unique organization, with an extremely talented team and a market-leading portfolio of services that will continue to get stronger," Robinson said. "I am honored to take a leadership role in the new company and build on the solid foundation laid by Fred, Leif and Mark."

For the past eight years, Robinson has served as CEO of two mid-market companies. He also is a veteran executive of General Electric Company and Boston Consulting Group.

The founding members and current executive committee of Efmark-Bantek, Fred Wich, Leif Houkom, and Mark Hoppe, will provide strategic and operational support as well as ensure the leadership-transition goes smoothly.
