ATM fees go up to $3 in Chicago

(Chicago) Crain Communications: For 10 months, Bank of America Corp. has agreed not to raise ATM fees in Chicago to the $3 it charges in the rest of the country. The reprieve is over.Effective June 23, non-B of A customers will pay $3 when they use a B of A ATM, up from the $2 those users pay today. BofA plans to slap stickers on its ATMs this week to alert users of the new charge.
