Triton gets to the 'heart' of the ATM user experience - Part II

Triton and Digital Donations are combining their capabilities to broaden the market for charitable giving at the ATM.

If you've ever checked the little box on a POS screen in order to make a donation to a worthy cause, chances are you've interacted with Digital Donations. This software developer has long been in the business of bringing together charitable organizations and donors at the point of sale.

Now Digital Donations is working with Triton Systems to implement software that helps nonprofits connect with charitably inclined ATM users.

Digital Donations brought in its client, the American Heart Association for the first test of the technology on Triton ATMs. Genmega will soon be joining the program as well, according to Keith Orlean, president and co-founder of Digital Donations.

In the video below, Orlean explains how the collaboration with Triton came about and the opportunity it represents for both donor-supported organizations and ATM deployers.
