Wells Fargo implements image-recording solution

COSTA MESA, Calif. - Wells Fargo Services has deployed the initial phase of FileNet's Records Manager and Imagine Solutions' Physical Document Manager. FileNet provides enterprise-content and business-process management solutions. Imagine Solutions is a FileNet products distributor.

 

According to a news release, the joint solution is expected to improve Wells Fargo's ability to manage and track the electronic and physical versions of documents.

 

"The combination of FileNet and Imagine Solutions met our need for capturing and managing the high volumes of electronic and physical records via a single integrated system," said Wells Fargo vice president Lucy Browne. "We can now automatically manage the entire lifecycle of our records throughout the enterprise using FileNet's ZeroClick technology and easily track the location of physical records at any level."
