Triton sues former execs for breach of contract

April 9, 2008

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Triton Sytems of Delaware Inc., a division of New York-based Dover Corp., has filed a lawsuit against Global Cash Services and six employees who once worked for Triton. Among the defendants is former Triton president Brian Kett.

The lawuit, filed Feb. 14 in Harrison County, Miss., claims that Kett and his co-defendants violated various non-compete and confidentiality agreements when they left Triton and took on leadership roles at Global Cash Services.
