Triton demos new ATM at April conference

April 18, 2007

LONG BEACH, Miss. - Triton Systems April 16-18 demonstrated its newest low-cost ATM for the retail/off-premises market. The company said it provided a sneak preview of the RL2000 for independent sales organizations and value-added resellers during its annual distributors' conference, held in Biloxi, Miss.

Slated for release this year, the RL2000 includes more functionality than most low-cost machines, Triton says, adding that its size makes it ideal for retail locations with limited floor space.

"The RL2000 is our most flexible ATM to date, packed with tons of features into a small, walk-up design," the company said in a statement.

The RL2000 runs on Windows CE 5.0 with Triton's X2. It comes with a Level 1 safe and optional backlit high-topper or mid-topper graphic sign. It also includes storage capacity for journaling and comes with an optional 8-inch color display that supports advertising and screen customization.
