TNS Smart Network, Triton earn EMV certification with Interac

TNS Smart Network Inc., a subsidiary of NRT Technology Corp., has received Interac Association EMV terminal certification for the Triton Systems RL2000 and Triton's other Windows-based models.
John Dominelli, president and chief executive of TNS, said the deal "is another step in offering the Canadian market products which are fully EMV-compliant."
TNS Smart Network is the largest processor for third-party, white-label ATMs in Canada. TNS also is the first white-label acquirer to certify EMV transactions in Canada.
TNS is processes transactions for more than 13,000 ATMs and works with more than 170 ISOs. The proprietary Transaction Alert System and Smart Processing Suite are all part of TNS's commitment to provide ISOs and financial institutions with a safe and secure transaction processing network.
