BURNABY, B.C. - Tio Networks Corp. will launch a bill payment program that allows Alltel Wireless' customers to pay their bills with cash at Tio self-service pay-stations. The stations will be located in convenience stores across 22 states, according to a news release.
Alltel customers can navigate through bill-pay and other Tio applications in either English or Spanish at the self-service kiosk, and complete financial transactions by either printing or e-mailing receipts to an e-mail address of their choice. There is a $3 transaction fee for the service.
"We are thrilled to provide Alltel customers with immediate and cost effective bill-payment solutions to cash paying customers," said Hamed Shahbazi, chairman and chief executive officer of Tio Networks Corp.
