Talaris, Glory Group integrate as Glory Global Solutions

Talaris and Glory Group of Japan have announced that as of April 1, they will be Glory Global Solutions. The new designation follows Glory Group's acquisition of Talaris last July.

Combined as a single entity the companies have established one of the world's largest cash management solutions providers. Glory Global Solutions boasts 2,500 employees, a distribution network spanning more than 100 countries and a total global business of more than $1.5 billion annually.

"Both Glory and Talaris have a long and distinguished track record in innovation, technology and process design with a complementary service and maintenance offering," said Glory Global Solutions CEO Paul Adams. "The combination of our respective expertise and longstanding experience will further strengthen our solutions portfolio and our service delivery — enabling us to perform better for our customers in every area of our business."

Glory Global Solutions is headquartered in Basingstoke, England, and is led by an experienced management team of executives from both Glory Group and Talaris.

Glory Global Solutions will retain the full product and solutions portfolio from the legacy companies through their complete life cycles, with parts and service support provided across the range. Glory and Talaris international distribution partnerships will continue in the new Glory Global Solutions.
