Swain promoted to lead Triton's global ATM services

LONG BEACH, Miss. — Triton Systems has named Dan Swain its manager of global ATM services and solutions.
Based in Memphis at Triton's global services facility, Swain is responsible for overseeing the company's global service group, which includes training for reseller technicians, parts and repair fulfillment, and technical support for first- and second-level technicians. Swain also is responsible for the managed-services program that focuses on providing bundled-service solutions.
"Dan is the perfect choice to lead our global services division," said Bill Johnson, Triton's president and chief executive. "He has established close relations with our customers by leading the training efforts out of Memphis over the last few years. Additionally, his enthusiasm and commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction and quality will greatly benefit Triton and our customers."
Swain comes to the position with more than 20 years of experience in banking-focused solutions, including ATMs, backroom-image solutions, branch automation, and field service and support.Swain holds a bachelor's degree from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Ind.
