A man was harmed during an ATM robbery in South Salt Lake, Utah. While withdrawing $1,400 from an ATM at a 7-Eleven, he was approached by a suspect, according to a report by KSL.
The suspect stole the cash from his hand before he could put it into his wallet. The victim proceeded to chase the suspect. The suspect got into a truck and then ran over the victim.
"The victim said Bryan turned the truck sharply, and the victim was hit by the truck and knocked to the ground. The victim said a portion of the tire ran over his arms, leaving behind scrapes and tire rash," a police affidavit stated.
The victim had "critical, but non-life-threatening injuries," according to Shaun Ward, a police officer, South Salt Lake.
Police arrested Bryan Scott Killpack, 55, on suspicion of being the perpetrator of this case.
