Solvport highlights ATM management app, Solvpro Service at ATMIA 2010

Last month, Portland, Ore-based Solvport LLC announced the release of its ATM servicing program, Solvpro Service. This month, Solvport says the program will be a highlight at February's ATM Industry Association conference in Miami, as will the company's overall Solview 2.0 ATM management application.

"When a customer outsources a project to Solvport, they not only get professional, seamless project execution, they now get the extensive project management tools that are part of Solview 2.0," said Wayne Vandekraak, executive vice president of business development for Solvport.
Prior to its launch, Solview 2.0 was beta tested by Cardtronics, the world's largest independent ATM deployer. Susan Cerpanya, senior vice president of customer support and service at Cardtronics, says the SolvAlerts e-mail notifications included in this release of Solview provide instant updates to service calls, enabling Cardtronics to better serve its customers. "Innovative Solview 2.0 features, such as SolvAlerts, help Cardtronics manage our ATM portfolio more efficiently, making Solview 2.0 an important component of our ATM portfolio management solution," Cerpanya said.
