Singapore bank launches CRM at ATM

ZDNet Asia: OCBC Bank in Singapore is claiming to be the first bank in Asia to launch an interactive ATM service that recognizes and prompts customers to update their contact details at the ATM. The bank's network of 102 ATMs was outfitted with the new service in October.
