Regions Bank earns No. 1 spot for bank satisfaction

Regions Bank has been named the top regional bank for banking satisfaction in JD Power's 2026 U.S. Online Banking Satisfaction Study. It also ranked second in the U.S. Banking Mobile App Satisfaction Study, according to a press release.

The study measures customer satisfaction related to the online banking platform's information, tools, performance and design. Regions Bank has added new features to its platform in recent history, including Direct Deposit Switcher to allow customers to more easily set up direct deposits.

"Every enhancement we make is focused on making banking easier and more seamless for our customers," Dan Massey, chief enterprise operations and technology officer for Regions Bank, said in the release. "We're investing in technology that removes friction and delivers simple, personalized experiences, whether customers choose to visit a branch or bank digitally."

Regions Bank also provides:

  • Bill payment
  • Information on rewards.
  • Access to more than 1,200 branches.
