Regions Bank added personalized insights into its Mobile Banking app. With this tool, customers can track spending habits, subscriptions and more to make better financial decisions, according to a press release.
"Regions Bank is helping customers turn knowledge into action, taking simple yet effective steps to build savings, manage spending, and make their money work for them," Kate Danella, head of Consumer Banking for Regions, said in the release. "Every transaction contains valuable insights customers can use along their financial journey. What we're doing is making that information more easily accessible and ready to use, so it can help customers not only manage their daily spending but also save and plan for the future."
With the tool customers can help identify trends through proactive daily reminders, cash flow analysis and financial guidance.
"Every digital enhancement we make at Regions Bank is strategically designed to create a faster, simpler and more meaningful banking experience," Dan Massey, chief enterprise operations and technology officer for Regions, said in the release. "The personalized insights complement our long-term service enhancements connecting customers with more valuable information and more intuitive options to successfully manage their finances."
