HOUSTON - United States-based Pulse EFT Association LP and England-based ATM network Link Interchange Network Ltd. have signed a deal that will allow participating financial institutions access to ATMs in both countries.

According to a news release, the agreement gives 4,200 U.S. FI customers on the Pulse network access to nearly 58,000 ATMs in the U.K.; customers of Link's 38 U.K. FIs will have access 250,000 Pulse ATMs when visiting the United States.
