Cognitive Credit, a corporate credit data company, announced DealConnect. This solution is built to provide deal document management for investors, according to a press release.
DealConnect provides analysis of documents by integrating through data sites for retrieving disclosures. This in turn offers a centralized workflow. DealConnect meets all major compliance by storing documents in an encrypted, client-segregated account.
"We've heard from credit investors for far too long that they're unhappy with the incumbent in this space and want more choice," Robert Slater, CEO at Cognitive Credit, said in the release. "DealConnect combines seamless document management with our best-in-class data quality at a far more compelling price point than the alternative. We are delighted to deliver this solution to our clients and offer greater choice in a market actively seeking fresh ideas and stronger competition."
