Digital banking solution provider Bankjoy has secured 13 client renewals while driving higher member engagement for credit unions using Corelation Inc.'s KeyStone core processor, according to a press release.
Some of these renewals include long-term clients Cooperative Teachers Credit Union and Coloramo Federal Credit Union.
Credit unions utilizing Bankjoy's platform alongside KeyStone report measurable gains in member retention through tools like the JoyCompass financial wellness platform and FraudSense real-time fraud prevention solution.
South Bend, Indiana-based CommunityWide Federal Credit Union leveraged JoyCompass and Plaid to convert its app from a loan servicing portal into a broader financial hub. Members linked more than 18,000 external accounts. After three months, 91.8% of members who created a budget and 86.6% who set a savings goal remained active in digital banking, compared with 66.4% of non-users.
"Credit unions need more than a digital banking platform that works with their core. They need a technology partner that helps them strengthen member relationships," Michael Duncan, chief executive of Bankjoy, said in the release.
The announcement coincides with growing adoption of the KeyStone platform. Corelation recently reported that six credit unions representing more than $5.4 billion in combined assets selected KeyStone in the third quarter of 2026.
