Printec, Inetco team to deliver real-time data analytics to European FIs

In the 15 countries where it currently operates, Printec will serve as a licensed reseller of Inetco Analytics for retail banking channels.

Printec Group, a provider of transaction automation solutions in central and eastern Europe, and Inetco Systems Ltd., a provider of real-time transaction monitoring and banking analytics software solutions, have teamed to provide financial institutions with on-demand access to rich customer transaction data via Inetco Analytics software.

Inetco Analytics simplifies the way transaction big data is collected, stored and visualized within multichannel banking environments. This data can be queried and visualized on demand via user-friendly dashboards.

Channel managers and data analysts can use Inetco Analytics to see instantly who is using which channels and devices, what kind of interactions they're performing, and the quality of service they receive with just a few clicks, the company said.

As part of this partnership agreement, Printec will provide Inetco Analytics for retail banking channels through licensed resale in the 15 countries where the company operates. Printec also will provide a professional services related to other Inetco solutions.
