Portland bank joins U.S. Bank's MoneyPass surcharge-free ATM network

MINNEAPOLIS — Portland-based Albina Community Bank has joined the MoneyPass surcharge-free network of more than 13,000 ATMs. MoneyPass is part of U.S. Bank'sElan Financial Services. With five offices and six ATMs located in Portland, Albina Community Bank now has a national ATM presence.
MoneyPass is a national ATM network that offers a pricing structure with a flexible option for financial institutions to expand access to surcharge-free ATMs.
