Police in South Africa say ATM bombings are taking a hit

(South Africa) Independent Online: Despite reports of continued attacks on ATMs in South Africa, authorities say they are winning the war against ATM bombings. According to a police spokesperson, several task teams have been set up to investigate ATM bombings in provinces with high rates of ATM-related crimes. Police say since the task teams' inception, 74 suspects - most of them linked to ATM bombing - have been arrested.
